A: The short answer is: it all depends on what is needed. Every digital project is different and that is why some are more expensive that others. We have some popular package deals which can be purchased immediately that outline our most popular sales. If your project is outside the scope of those packages though, a custom quote will be required. Please contact us today if you are looking for a custom quote and we will get back to you shortly.
A: This varies based on your project outline that we discuss with you up front. We always provide you with an initial turnaround time with your quote, if needed. This turnaround time can change to be shorter or longer depending on how quickly you respond to our messages and whether or not any technical issues come up. We generally allow time for technical issues on our end with our initial turnaround time that we give you. As long as our communication is good, you can expect to have your digital project results within the initial time frame unless notified otherwise.
A: An initial deposit is required to book our time and begin work on your project. We let you know what the deposit is with your initial quote. We find that an initial deposit of 50% works out best on both ends. The other 50% of the total is then due upon completion of your project. We are willing to work out other payment options if this does not work for you.
A: Of course! We are willing to take on any project so that you can get things done right. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected and we are willing to finish up projects that have been partially completed by another person or company. Please be advised though that you must own the rights to the materials that you provide us with.
A: Our goal is to maintain professionalism and legality amongst all of our projects that we take on. We usually think that a contract is a great idea so that all bases are covered and both parties know exactly what to expect, in writing. We use Adobe EchoSign to enter into legally binding agreements with anyone that would like to exercise this option.
A: Small to big, we can do it all! We don’t turn down any ideas and will always work towards a solution for you. Whether your project takes 20 minutes to complete or 12 months…we will create the solution for you. A: Of course we do! We are willing to find a good solution for your outsourced work. Some companies like to send their overflow to us in order to make sure that it gets done by their deadline when they are pressed for time. We are open to any ideas when it comes to what types of projects that we take on.
A: If you already have a project and need some new features or edits made to it, then it is no problem at all. We gladly accept this kind of work and will add, remove, or edit whatever it is that you need.
